“We’ve gone through a few different kinds of marketing methods over the years… I hooked up with a telemarketing company… it went really low in 2020 and never recovered… Then we were buying leads and going door to door… tens of thousands of dollars later, no results… We even hired an in-house marketing person who did it full-time and also didn’t generate any leads for us.
Then luckily found William’s company… so far it’s working really well. I had my doubts, and it worked, and it got better as we went… so far, so good, we’re happy. [Nerife’s] whole process is different… the way you do it, people are interested, and not only interested but engaged… they know what the call is about, and they’re ready to listen.
It’s gotta be [Nerife’s] system. You have actual engagement back and forth and they feel comfortable. I call people and on the second ring are like ‘Hey Doug, I’m glad you called.’ Your system going back and forth is the key. We’re talking to the C-Suite people, the ones that can make decisions, and all the businesses qualify. The building owner… that’s who you find for me.
We definitely have $10,000,000 of potential customers in the pipeline. Since March we closed two solid ones so far… close to $1,000,000 sold. These are real deals, real projects… these are ink on a contract. Were happy. You gotta give it a try like I did… it’ll work. I had my doubts, but it’s worth it. Definitely just give it a try.”
“Of all the people [Nerife] brought us, we’re still talking to a vast majority of them… I would say that it’s at least 4 or 5 million dollars worth of projects that potentially will be done… And hopefully we get half of them next year after we’ve vetted them, so that’s let’s say conservatively 2 million dollars worth of projects, which is great for us.
For using [Nerife], we’re getting the benefit of being able to have a better pipeline of customers that we can talk to on our own time and develop organically as opposed to the dedicated sales force who wants to close the deal tomorrow… but doesn’t necessarily mean the customer wants to close a deal tomorrow.
The way that [Nerife] is doing things is the future… The model for what sales is going to be over the next few years, especially in this particular business… The reality is we need to wake up to that thing, and what [Nerife] does best is find customers for us, and it does that in a very cost effective and timely manner.”
“Working with William and his team has been great. What I like here is I’m dealing with an individual who is personally engaging with my clients on behalf… they’re strategically and surgically going after job sites that I’m interested in, and we’ve had a great success rate engaging these clients and getting in front of them.
These meetings, they have decision-makers at the table… when I show up for these meetings they know why I’m there, they’re prepared, they have their electric bill, they’re very engaged… so that’s exactly what you want in a solid lead.
I’ve got a real solid pipeline, nobody has told me to take a flying leap. We got an email from a guy last week saying “Hey, the board voted unanimously to go with your program.” And that was about a $180,000 system, that’s a solid deal. And within the pipeline we have another five that we think are very likely to close.
I’ve been pleased with it. I’ve used every marketing platform possible and just thrown money away and there’s rarely tangible results… This is the opposite of that. There’s no false promises with William, he’s real straightforward and very transparent about the process.”
